Great Knife Good Value
My wife and I absolutely love this knife. We bought a second smaller version to have as well. It is extremely sharp, and the weight and shape of the blade make for easy cutting and chopping. I would recommend this knife.

That it is sharp
This is a great knife but be careful it’s true it is sharp and has a nice weight on it so go at it

Easy to handle
When you first pick it up it sems heavy. After a few uses you do not notice any weight and you find that you have a lot of control and easy handling . Using the tip to slice vegetables works very well, for cutting melons a seesaw technique is easy, and for chopping a hand on the top of the blade works very well. This knife actually performs much better than one would think just going by appearance. Besides that it is fun to pull out of the drawer when you have company and note their reaction to seeing it .

Nice kitchen and camping knife.
The quality of the knife is good. It is thicker than most kitchen knifes on the non blade side, which gives it the heavy duty feel. I like the fact that it comes with a sheath. Both for protecting the blade when storing and carrying it with you when camping. It will go with me on every camping trip. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the weight. This is heavy for a kitchen knife. I made steak tacos the other night and while it cut the meat with ease, the constant cutting with the combined weight got tiring. It is also big compared to a normal steak knife. Overall I would buy it again.

Must have for a man's kitchen
This knife is crazy sharp and holds an edge for a long time. The economic grip design feels right in your hand. Use it daily. Do not put it in the dishwasher! Oil it after use to keep it looking great and cutting smooth. It's bigger than you think and has a hefty weight. Love it

Great knife
One of my best purchases, I have used this knife several times.. It can be my everything knife for slicing and chopping or ( because it’s so good looking) you might want to use it only when you’re serving guests. Definitely buy

Sharp value !
totally surprise me at the quality and I have the other brand name as well. Hey seriously hate to admit it, but it’s the only knife and I have purchased several that I cut myself on unwrapping and it was entirely my fault lol

It all depends on your expectations…
$35 for a kitchen knife is not cheap. The ads for these kind of knives make it sound like that they are allrounders, the top of the crop. After using it for about a week now I can tell you: If you like cooking, don’t expect too much. The knife is way too heavy for any delicate cutting. As expected it’s front heavy. I mean there is that huge hunk of steel. The spine measures almost 1/4”!!! I was not able to cut thin slices of tomatoes or chop onions, garlic or herbs finely. I tried to cut a head of cabbage in half. Nobe! The knife got stuck due its thick spine. Both of my chef knives (one German and one Japanese style) cut through the cabbage like butter. It’s not that it isn’t sharp. In fact it is. Lets see how long it will hold its edge. It cuts meat well. I think here the weight helps. I wouldn’t try to use it as boning knife however.I think I will use it for cutting big pieces of meat and maybe cutting though bone. But that’s about it.
