It is smaller than you might think, so unless you are using it to kick with your face in the water, I don't think it is what you want.

For my 5’7” daughter who swims competitively 6-7 times a week. She loves the Arena kick parda because they are easy to use. Handles are in the right spot and the color is fun! Perfect size for any teenager and at a great cost. Helps her perform kick sets with no complaints about the board.

This is a nice quality product, but if you are a larger person, these are meant more for kids. They are pretty small so a bit difficult for an adult to use. So I had to return them for being too small for our use.

Basic kickboard, mostly got it for the design of it

The dimensions shown in the product photos are not accurate. It is larger. If you're buying this to fit in a 5 gallon swim bucket it won't fit without squeezing it in.

It fits nicely into my equipment bag. I love all the possible hand positions and my injured shoulder does too. It provides enough buoyancy which was my concern but when I got it in the pool those worries faded. Should be great for drills. Highly recommended.
