Does it need an adaptor to use with a TV or can it just be used with hdmi? (Obviously not charging)

This Switch dock needs to be used with a Switch charger and HDMI cable to project to TV. It needs high power to be able to charge while playing and it works just like the original Nintendo Switch dock. Kind tips: Plaese use an official Switch charger. If you want to use an unofficial 15V/2.6A charger, that's fine too, but some users report of them going wrong and damaging the console.
