I have used a dozen or more Pingel pet cocks and have been happy with every one. Excellent quality stuff from Pingel.

can not beat a pingel-----worth the money--- Do not buy a cheap one---you will just end up getting a pingel anyway

Crap, £90 & postage, made the mistake of leaving my tank dry for 2 yrs, cost me £75 to repair 1 rubber seal (I had to replace the whole lower tap), plus £25 labour, you can not buy repair kits from pingel yourself only a dealer & they can only buy in sets of 5. It has taken me 6 months resolving this issue, until I had to bite the bullet & do it the bloody expensive way. don,t leave your tank dry, rubber bits dry out & tap is knackered. I wish I had gone with original tap for my bike, I saved £25 by going Pingel, only to get stung by leaving it dry. Not happy.

I ordered Petcock for my 79 Honda CB750F, followed application chart on Pingel web-site, the adapter listed was A2003C, wich is a 18mm adapter to fit the 1/4"NPT of the Petcock 6111-AH. My tank has 16mm bung,call Pingel, and they do NOT make a 16mm adapter, and was aware Honda did make some tanks with 16mm bungs. I was able to install Petcock after tapping the inside of bung very carefully with 1/4NPT tap, not for the faint of heart. also lever of Petcock is to long, and hit engine in Off position, and hit Carb in On position, it is only a roll pin, with handle on end, was able to shorten roll pin, and shrten handle to fit, works well, but modifications are needed, be aware....
