Zinsser 271460 1G Clr Bin Adv Primer

This is a good product for what I needed. Applied it with a roller to a bedroom floor after removing flooded carpet. Coated well and seemed to do a good job of covering and sealing in old odors.

Came in the mail and leaked.

I've ordered this product twice. Each time the lid had opened a little bit and the can was totally covered in the sealant. The can came in plastic bag, so none of it got out, but it's still a major pain to clean up. I would recommend much better cushioning around the can!Otherwise the product seems fine. Pretty stinky while applying- I would definitely wear a good VOC respirator. Will darken if you apply a thick coat over a light color. Stays slightly sticky for at least a week after.

Cat urine soaked into hardwood floors is a nightmare. This sealer covered the area, blocked the odor, dried clear, and took poly coverage as a top coat...perfectly. this saved us THOUSANDS in potential repairs. I cant thank the company enough.

I used this to seal a wood wall. thick product dried clear, and this is not too shiny like many similar products

Worked well as a primer and blocked the odor of cat urine in the walls.
