This is the second time I've purchased this exact brand of Shea Butter. I absolutely LOVE this product!! I make a homemade body butter, which Shea Butter is a major ingredient in. And my whole family loves loves how it comes out. I wouldn't risk using a different brand of Shea Butter. This one works sooooo great!!! The 1 block in this package lasted me over 1 year, used in my body butter, which I use every day. And I always go for USDA Organic certified because it is soo worth the money. You have to be careful getting any product that is not USDA certified because you could be paying money for a gimmick. I recommend this product 100%!!!

i have purchased many types of shea butter; all in plastic tubs, and this bulk shea is one of the best that i have bought. i put it into glass jars or the tubs that previous shea purchases came in. this shea is super smooth and has a lovely light color and shea scent. it takes a bit of muscle to push into jars and it gets on your hands, but i just rub it into my skin or hair. awesome product

This seems to be a nice product but I find it hard to work with as it doesn’t spread. It must be melted or softened quite a bit to spread or mix. I use it for homemade beauty products and find that I must use extra work to get it the way I need it- or close to it. I also find that when I blend my products, it doesn’t get fluffy and as white as I was expecting. I also hate the smell and find that it still carries over in my beauty products even after adding in essential oils that have a natural aroma. It does come very well sealed and feels nice but I can’t handle the smell and extra work needed to get it right.

Love it and will purchase again!I have dry skin so this is a must. After putting in on your skin you need to wait before touching anything because it’s super greasy but it will absorb soon enough. There is a smell, but I apply it on my skin and then add rose and tangerine oil. I will make my own lotions from this and can’t wait for that.Packaging is plastic on the inside and I wish they would be little more environmentally conscious about this. Love the product!!!!

Bought this brand twice, both times I got fresh, pure Shea butter.Shea butter heals and moisturize you skin better than 99% of the products in the market.I melt it in bain-marie (do not overheat it) than I mix with vegetable glicerine, and jojoba oil (not too much).Best body moisturizer ever. From hair to toes. Best for night use, after bathing while skin is still moist.For the face I mix with Organic Cold-Pressed Borage Seed Oil, Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil, Caffeine Solution 5% , and Alpha Lipoic Acid 5%. AMAZING!!!

I use this product to make personal cosmetic products and have yet to be disappointed. The product comes in a solid form; but melts easily when heated at low temperatures. The smooth consistency blends well with other types of natural butters and oils. Consistent results every time.
