A Challenging Half-Baked Experiment by Gigabyte Inc....!
Not ready for prime time. Has some issues. Loaded it up then only to find out my disappointment... Not Optane Ready as claimed, and cannot access to Upgrade BIOS even if they come out with a New Bios to support Optane. But, I know, Optane is just fluff really, moving on...It has some issues with some common functions, Posting the Correct CPU, Getting the RAM up to it's proper Speed, and Shut Down, like it won't....! Just goes to BSOD...really odd. Their, Gigabyte, Utility Software is really border line junk, beware loading any of it. It can lock you out of your computer, some Adult Supervision garbage, had to reload Windows..Just my experience, but didn't work out.Virtually no Support from Gigabyte, they are very hands-off, and not interested with getting involved with this Mini-PC Build, which is New for them, very odd. Last thing, the access to get it open, and to delve into working to initial assemble. When you attempt to put in your drives, memory, etc, is really exciting, challenging, and hang-on...! Cause it's Micro-PC baby, with very delicate board connections, a two part enclosure that will just fall off if your not careful. Really a was an adventure, but I guess was expecting a Quality Mini Build of perfection, which it is not, unfortunately, even half-way there. As well, this really made me go hmmmm. Funny, it has a very odd Fire Siren like Fan upon wake up from Sleep that will make you S**t yourself...if your not prepared, it is way out of line...Geez...!! Anyway...enjoy if you dare.

It's OK for a really low price under which should four hundred bucks.
Hello All, the somewhat small form factor pc runs pretty good. It's boost clock of around 1610ish mhz which is low for a GTX 1060 6gb, but it runs exactly like a "Mobile GTX 1060 which happens to have a 6gb of GDDR5 ram (which I got lucky and is Samsung ram for me) the difference being it runs at around 80+ watts in Heaven Bench Mark. score of 1599 and around 59fps (similar to a "GTX 1060 3gb" in performance) or score of 1628 and 64.6 FPS with a +150MHZ +600MHZ using MSI After Burner (average of 1680ish mhz). I was able to use 2666 mhz ddr4 ram and it ran at 2666mhz speed when you enable it in the very crappy and limited BIOS also no fan control. Ive only had it for a few hours. Amazon did not pack it well it was floating around in a large shipping box, which caused the GB-BNi7HG6-1060 Mini PC box itself to get a little damage.

Died before two weeks
I loved this PC for the few days it worked. (Eh, except for the noise. The small fans in the case do put out an unpleasantly high-pitched whine whenever the box is under moderately high load.) However, within the first few days, it started black screening while the fans shot up to 100%. It happened the first time while I was playing an older game, but continued at random, even with no activity at all on the system. Tonight, it won't boot at all. Immediately after post, screen output stops and the fans spring into action. I've had the PC just under two weeks. I'm debating whether to try an exchange, but am leaning toward accepting I may have to settle for a larger PC.

Would be great if it worked.
Worked great. For about a month. Suddenly wouldn't turn on this morning. No power or indication of power at all. Waste of money.

Worked as expected for me
I think I bought the last unit from this add. My unit worked perfectly and so far so good. I am shocked at the negative reviews.

So... it blew up.
When I plugged it in for the first time the computer made a loud crack near the port, and wouldn't display anything afterwards but still powered on. Returned and reluctantly ordered another in hopes that it wasn't the pc and that Amazon maybe was not as gentile as they should have been.
