The easiest fitting ever, clever solutions, great value, smooth operation, and top class instructions (I think the instructions must have been re-written as I notice that some people had earlier criticized the instructions.) Delighted !

Very nice seat- soft close - easy clean
A nice seat- soft close - easy to clean- but I found it a bit difficult to attach washer and nut underneath I didn't have much room to manoeuvre on one side and trying to put the washer on the thread then put the nut on was difficult as the washer kept falling off while I was trying to get nut on till I had the brainwave of sticking both of them together with a little bit of cellotape! Then they both went up the thread with ease. And I could then remove the cellotape. The seat comes off with ease for cleaning I just pop it in the bath and run the shower on it. Its nice and sturdy too so Very pleased with it.

I’m really pleased with this toilet seat. I’ve always found my toilet size (old 80’s toilet bowl) to not fit modern seats very well and the seats have always slipped/wobbled which meant they eventually broke. This is stuck solid! No movement at all and fits near perfect! The instructions with the help of the video was really helpful and installation was much easier to follow unlike others in the past. I’ve never reviewed anything on Amazon before and use Amazon regularly! I’m so chuffed with it! If you’ve ever had issues with fit, movement and installation this is the answer to your prayers! Thank you to Croydex!

Faulty after 6 months
Feels good quality but mine stopped soft closing after around 6 months only. Tried contacting the manufacturer via email but they sent an automated message back to call them which was a bit rubbish imo. Never got round to it
