This has a ton of cocoa powder though also a ton of the healthy stuff. For some maybe too much of the healthy stuff. Flavor, value, and nutrition label wise, Carnation Breakfast Essentials is the best for chocolate flavored general vitamins and nutrients, not just for breakfast. I bought this because the natural nutrients properties of the ingredients may provide other benefits. It is a well made premium product, though for my taste, it does have that healthy greens after taste, so I mix it with other stuff. While maybe contradictory to some diet uses, can make a chocolate milkshake healthier/or chocolate smoothie, you don't taste the greens when with icecream lol. Though that's what I bought this stuff for, as a booster for other stuff. While not a huge fan of the taste by itself, with other chocolatey drink powders or ingredients. Carnation with a half of scoop of this stuff with milk is a healthy quick meal for nutrition supplementation. Depends what you're looking for. If you drink greens beverages already and just want one with chocolate taste this is a good option, or as a booster for blends.

I mix it with fat free milk. I have switch out my coffee for this. I’m actually addicted to this drink. The bag came a little sticky on the outside for some reason but it’s all good, it is delicious and healthy. I’m trying to lose 4 pounds and I’m using this to help with that.

i have been making healthy green smoothies every day during quarantine with this organic plant protein and i am obsessed with the taste!! not to mention all the health benefits. i love knowing i can trust the quality that navitas provides. i have to say i tried the protein flavor but really prefer the Vanilla & Greens flavor much more. i add in raw maca powder, spirulina, raw cacao powder, medjool dates, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, sweetened raw cacao nibs and a frozen banana and it is so delicious!! good with every kind of milk. blends smoothly. i look forward to it everyday and look forward to how it makes feel just as much

As someone who doesn’t particularly like smoothies or protein shakes, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I have to increase my protein intake due to T1 diabetes, but I am allergic to most dairy. This fits the bill, and tastes much better than several others I’ve tried. I use 1 scoop in unsweetened almond milk to reduce the carbs.

This stuff is amazing! I mixed one scoop in my normal almond milk morning shake. Felt energetic and well-recovered after a morning run. The taste is very mild; not exactly dessert-tasting but not bad either. The energy boost is undeniable, though. Would likely buy again.

Its a good source o protein, iron and a few other nutrients which is great. It is too sweet for my personal taste, and too expensive is why I am giving it three stars. It's too bad that their subscription rate is not better. I don't plan to use often for the same reasons.

This taste good and it’s a great price. I’ve tried many superfood/protein powders in the past. This one tastes good, not super chalky or super fake sweet. It’s sweet and chocolatey, but not overpower. I like the ingredients listed. The lead warning alarmed me. But then when I looked into it they provide the information based on the Why of the California warning label. So then I felt fine with it. They also take pride in their products. I’ve purchased many products from this company. And I will continue to purchase more

LOVE the flavor of this. It mixes best when hot but I like it cold. I do have to keep stirring it so it stays mixed but I don’t mind because it is delicious! I have more energy and there is no more need for coffee!
