I was so excited to receive my mirror. It was delivered without delay and I opened as soon as I got it. I tried putting in some batteries but the light didn't work. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and figured the batteries might have been old ones or something so I tried plugging it to the wall. The plug it brings didn't even fit completely and the lights didn't turn on his time either. I still went to get some new batteries to see if by any chance this will solve the problem and... no. Nothing.I'm super disappointed because the lights were actually the biggest selling point for me 👎🏼
