Great flavor & great for rehydration!

The Blue Raspberry flavor really delivers - it doesn’t taste salty like other electrolyte mixes, it’s not high in sugar and it tastes great!! Definitely a win for me!

This has a very mild taste, but it’s not a bad one. I do have to shake the bottle quite a bit before powder clumps finally break down and dissolve, but I liked this enough to order it a second time. I’ve been struggling with dehydration this winter and these electrolyte packets have helped.
