Great quality, great value
Heavyweight construction, was easy to put together. Everything but the table legs came preassembled. The packaging was sturdy. Be prepared to have two people bring it inside because it is heavy. The kids love it, and so far it is absolutely durable and standing up to their bumping and knocking against it during gameplay. It makes a fun cheering sound when you start a game, when goals are scored, and periodically in between goals to keep the game entertaining. I don't write many reviews, but this item exceeded my expectations and I wanted to offer my full recommendation for it.

Grandchildren love it!!
This combination air hockey/table tennis is almost what I was hoping for. My grandchildren love it! My kids enjoy it! I believe that there are two major setbacks as to how the table tennis (ping-ping) slats sit on top of the table with ZERO supports. 1) I am concerned that the round plastic insets, that hold the ping-pong net in place, will dig into the top of the air hockey table. A possible solution is to purchase a grommet that will fit the hole. However, the post for the net will probably not fit into the grommet. And, 2) The underside of the ping-pong slats sit on top of one grouping of the controls. Yes, there is a spacer for the ping-pong slats, yet, the slats still sit on top of this set of controls. At first glance, I was going to give a “4” due to the design of the pin-pong set up. However, the hockey air table is excellent!! TD

Fun addition to our home!
Such a fun purchase! This table tennis and air hockey combo has been a huge hit in our home. The setup was simple, and it switches between games easily. The air hockey blower is strong enough for smooth, fast play, and the table tennis side feels sturdy with a good bounce. It’s the perfect size for both kids and adults, and the quality is solid for the price. Great for family game nights—lots of fun and definitely worth it! 4 stars only because the table tennis net isn’t that great as seen in the picture.

Not worth the money
Really expected more for $600+. The trim around the top of the air hockey table started to chip almost immediately when contacted by the puck, and with really gentle play. The black pucks that come with the table scuff the play field surface (leave black streaks) and are so light that they fly off the table with any sort of forceful shot. (Keep in mind this is with children, not adults, hitting the puck.). My daughter caught one square in the face, and shed more than a few tears. Thankfully is was not a direct shot to the teeth, or I imagine she'd have looked more like a hockey player. I ended up buying red pucks that were a little heavier and that helped the airborne projectile issue a bit better, and did not streak/scratch the table surface like the ones provided. (More $$ in addition to the purchase) The assembly is not very complicated, but it is pretty time consuming and some of the steps are really ill-advised. Ex: the directions state to flip the table upside down to attach the legs, then lift it up and flip it right side up. The table weighs in excess of 150lbs (180+ according to the packaging) and is 7 ft long, which means you have to lift the whole thing 40+ inches into the air and then flip it...there is no way the average parents are making that happen, especially without breaking or cracking one or more of the flimsy legs which will not support the table weight if you try to angle the table upright from the floor. (I say this as a very fit guy with long arms!) I put it on saw horses and attached the legs from underneath. It was a little more of a pain in the butt, but there's no way that table is getting flipped over without damage. The kids like it, and seem to enjoy the table tennis more than the air hockey. Wish I had known and would have gone with just table tennis for less $$$ and easier to store. Full honesty, I would have sent it back if it wasn't fully assembled and requiring several adults to move it out of the basement, plus I have no idea what Amazon would charge to come pick the whole mess up. Remember: get a few big arms to help move and assemble this thing, be ready to buy less-flight prone pucks, and consider investing in some eye protection if you plan to use the ones provided. Don't expect to get a lot of resale value out of this when the kids grow tired of it...we've had ours less than a month and (despite pretty meticulous care) it is showing a whole lot of wear.

Great choice for air hockey/ping pong table
This air hockey and ping pong table is just as described. A better alternative to the 3 in 1 I was shopping for, that's if you don't care about it not having a pool table and if you don't care for the ping pong table then save yourself some $$ and go with the air hockey only table. I shopped around and read reviews and ended up selecting this one. Yes, the ping pong table comes in 4/5 pieces, it fits nicely on top of the air hockey table which is the primary function. Assembly was a breeze because of my meticulous husband that takes the time to do things well. He had no complaints about the items shipped. No parts missing, came in good condition, kids are happy and you can turn off the sound if its annoying. Great buy overall. Don't overthink it. Great choice.

Fun!!!!! But has its problems
I struggled between 2 & 3 stars but in the end the air hockey works well, even if the table is beat up a little bit, which didn't appear to occur during shipping. Nothing major, just surface blemishes, but this is a new table that looks used because of the scratches and blemishes. The other problem is the ping pong table pieces has a warped piece. So it doesn't sit flat and butt up against the other piece evenly. Also the neting system isn't the best it's already fell out of the board and I'm not able to get it back in all the way. It still works but I suspect I'll have to find another solution in the coming months. Setup: Not that difficult. I was impressed at the sturdiness of this unit. The hardest part was getting the 181lb box into the basement. I would recommend unbosing it in the garage/driveway and walking it in piece by piece with the help of another adult. The delivery was on a tommy lift truck and the company (Pilot) driver didn't call until 10 minutes away when we were supposed to get a call at least 30 minutes prior to delivery. About the delivery, in this instance there is NO communications between Pilot, seller, Amazon & buyer (I did have a tracking number). If I had not reached out directly to Pilot I would have gotten a phone call with no previous notice 10 mins before delivery. I made a phone call a couple days earlier so I knew what day they were going to deliver. According to the agent someone is supposed to get ahold of the buyer and schedule a delivery date. It worked out well because I did all the leg work myself. Now on to the good.... the air hockey is solid and fun. Its smaller than a standard air hockey table but that was expected. We have fun, me and my 11 year old boys. The only complaint with the air hockey is the scoring system. Two things it requires its own batteries, even though you have to plug the unit in to the wall for the air blower. This requires you to turn two things off when your done playing. Also the the scoreboard don't show the time remaining in the game, and also there is a bunch of cheering and noises that come from the system, it should have a mute or volume control. I know there is a lot of negativity in this post but the air hockey is lots of fun. And I believe we'll get a long time of use out of this as it's pretty sold. There is a rule of no sitting on the table as long as that rule is heeded then I expect many many years of air hockey use.

Great fun in air hockey or ping pong.
Great table for our teenage grandkids. Able to play air hockey or ping pong. Small Crack in the glass but fixed it easily with clear postal tape. Works fine.
