Not ideal.
Item doesn’t stay securely on the sides of my pans. Thermometer has fallen into the food more than once.

Worked to hold my Candy Thermonter after I modified it.
The Thermometer kept popping out when using so I took a dremel and made a round pocket to Hold the Thermometer and now it works great.
