Get it!
This has changed my life for the better! I have struggled with the dishes my whole life. Which means I always have dirty dishes, a full sink and a whole spiral of excuses to self hate. I got the larger capacity washer for the 10.5 inch plates and it is amazing. I fit everything in here including cookware(except cookie sheets), just realize a spaghetti pot or a skillet will fill the wash basket pretty much up so you won't be able to wash much else with it. I will run multiple loads if I need to but it will fit everything. The normal cycle takes 2 hours and 10 minutes at the end the door will pop open to vent and allow the dishes to dry perfectly your dishes come out cabinet ready. But I find that it is not necessary to use anything except the rapid cycle that takes 40 minutes. There is no dry function on the rapid cycle only a beep, but I towel dry my dishes and clean out the filter screen after every load and love it. I have mine sitting on a rubber drain mat next to the kitchen sink and its so close that its easier to fill the tank with the faucet sprayer than the faucet adapter (mine was missing so make sure you have it if you need it). The pitcher that comes with takes about 3 and a half times to fill and you need to pour slowly or the water will splash out of the included funnel. Here is a tip-I put the funnel inside a zip lock bag then cut a hole so the water will drain into the dishwasher, now there is a top to the funnel and I can use the sprayer without the water tidal waveing over the side. One thing about soap, this machine comes with a packet with some liquid and a couple of those pods, do not use either. This machine doesn't produce the operating temperature to process a pod you must use powder. Also there is a cup for powder built-in the door, with a half full mark. I have found that your dishes will need to be rinsed off if you fill the soap powder cup past the half full mark it is simply to much. I keep an old table spoon in a zip lock bag of power for use and I only use a third of a table spoon for a perfect load. Dish powder is very efficient and pretty cheap I got a 3.5lb box of generic powder for $3 bucks and haven't used half the box in the 5 months since I got this dish washer. People say even at 40 minutes I could wash way more dishes by hand faster than that machine. --- That is true and also a bad comparison. 1) You will not be able to wash the dishes in water as hot as this unit so that means you will not be able to get your dishes as clean as this machine, so not the same. 2) this machine washes and rinses an entire load with the same amount of water that it would take you to wash a sauce pan, so not the same. If you are considering this and you can afford it I promise you will love it ××1 year update×× Just to let potential buyers know that I have used this dishwasher for a year and about 3 months now and it has performed flawlessly! I clean out the screen every 2 cycles and never have issues, also I just started the 3rd box of detergent. I get the cheapest generic soap powder so this is exceeding affordable to own and operate. I would make this purchase again happily.

Great little dishwasher.
I love this thing! I'm having a shoulder replacement soon, so I thought I should get a dishwasher as I'll be unable to use one arm for several weeks. This thing is awesome! I have solar, so I set it to run during the day while I'm at work. It does a great job. It doesn't hold a lot, but it's more than enough for me. Sometimes I can fit two days worth of dishes in it. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes too. It came with a little basket I couldn't figure out what it was... it's for fruit! There is a fruit cycle! I can't wait to try that. Very Very happy with my purchase. Very much worth it. The only drawback is that It does take up quite a bit of space on my counter, But it doesn't need to be tied to the sink. You can either attach it to the faucet or fill it with the pitcher. I do the pitcher thing.

Want Support? Good Luck!
I was excited to try out the unit, but when it started the main wash cycle the side of the unit started buzzing very loudly. Clearly something on the inside is contacting the edge of the product's case. I simply got a defective unit, which while annoying is just something that will happen from time to time. When I contacted COMFEE support, they set me up with a support ticket email which told me to submit some basic info. I sent that info off and in return got silence. I had to call again almost a week later to get a reply to the email, but again after that call I got ghosted by support. I tried to go through COMFEE's support system to fix my product, but they don't seem to think that's important to their customers, so I had to return it for a refund here on Amazon. The people I talked to over the phone were nice, so this is a knock against the company's willingness to address their support emails. Is it lack of staffing? I don't know. Is the dishwasher any good? Again, I don't know. If the product worked for a few weeks/months and then I had an issue, would COMFEE address it? From my experience trying to get a simple defective unit issue fixed, I'm not very confident.

This thing is great, would definitely say check one out if your limited on space and or need a dishwasher that has a reservoir. Does a decent amount of dishes for two people. Super happy with my purchase. It has been used regularly and still is continued to be used on a regular basis. Fits my full size plates and small cutting boards. Easy to understand and use with the reservoir or the sink attachment and crazy easy to set up.

Pros: 1. Effectively removes grease even when using inexpensive, non-enzyme detergent — only about one tablespoon per load is sufficient for cleaning office tools. 2. UV drying function helps prevent mold and mildew buildup, a rare feature among countertop dishwashers. 3. High-temperature washing and disinfection up to 192°F, a capability matched only by Midea (also manufacturer of Comfee models). 4. Dish rack features foldable Flip Tines, allowing more space for wide or irregularly shaped items when folded down. 5. Includes a Water Filling Guide, making manual water addition easier and reducing spillage. 6. Equipped with a child lock to prevent accidental opening during operation. 7. Has a delay start function, which is absent in some popular models at this price point. Cons: 1. Uses about 1 liter more water than many other countertop dishwashers. 2. Much heavier than most, at 45 lbs; wide dimensions make single-person lifting difficult without long, strong arms. 3. Interior height is limited; lifting the adjustable shelf before closing the door can scrape and damage the seal — a significant drawback. 4. No cutlery basket included. 5. Likely suitable for washing dishes for no more than two people after two meals. 6. Quite noisy when it's running. However, some of my clients found the rhythmic sound rather soothing to listen to. Additional Notes: Originally, we planned to use a small timer-controlled dehumidifier to prevent mold/mildew. However, because the door remains open after each wash, with UV disinfection, no mold or mildew formed — a major relief for our office. At this price point (approximately $355 + tax) , it offers better value than more expensive brands for cleaning our dirty office tools. We have been using this dishwasher 1-2 times daily for nearly a month. We are very happy with it's performance!

Let's not fool ourselves, this is a small dishwasher. But we've got limited space in the kitchen and this makes washing up MUCH easier because you have somewhere to put some of it while doing the rest. AND it washes it. AND that only takes 40 minutes. What I do is rinse off the plates, cutlery and 2 or 3 cups or glasses and load the machine. It's next to the sink where we have a tap you can pull out. The tap fills the tank in just over one minute. The only hose is the output which happily vents into the sink. You can then run it a second time if you want but usually I just wash up the rest. And it's so cute!

Considering this comes with a whole baby care setting, I had higher expectations for how it would work for cleaning bottles (the main reason I bought it- soon to have 2 kids under 15 months so I need all the help I can get keeping bottles and pump parts clean). First off, this thing is bigger than I pictured (yes I measured) and is HEAVY. It’s a little bit taller than the given dimensions so it’s a really tight fit under my cabinets (I should have had a little over 3/4” clearance and have less than 1/4” which can make a big difference when this is meant for small spaces). It was easy to set up the drain hose. It doesn’t take too long to get started, figuring out how to load it is honestly the hardest and most time consuming. The rack is horrible for arranging bottles and their pieces. I don’t have fancy bottles either, they’re the standard 3 piece bottle. The rack doesn’t really seem optimal for placing anything in it. The pieces for keeping stuff upright are too close, but somehow the bottom of the rack lets anything even remotely smaller fall through to the bottom. The cutlery tray doesn't hold much because it’s poorly designed too. I was hoping to be able to use this for my pump too, but I have no clue how to secure my pump parts after having difficulty just with the bottles larger pieces. Also the items I put at the front right didn’t get cleaned at all somehow. The area seems to be a dead zone for where the water pressure hits. I’ve had the same issue with white residue leftover that I read others have had too. I guess I’ll have to start trial and error with the detergent because it must not have rinsed off properly. I don’t have hard or soft water. I used Finish powerball tablets (manual says tablets are usable, and someone had recommended them when I was reading comments). The white residue sucks because if I can’t get the issue fixed, I spent a lot of money purely to make washing bottles easier just to have to still hand wash them… can’t exactly feed my kids dishwashing detergent. I’m really wondering if it’ll be a waste of time to even try a load of normal dishes, but I’ll be giving it a try tomorrow with a new detergent so I’ll try to update my review after. Dishes don’t dry. Like, at all. It sounds like a fan is running during the “drying” stage but there’s zero air movement. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying considering it’s supposed to dry and still uses power during the “drying” stage just to accomplish absolutely nothing. I don’t trust the extremely flimsy suction cup that comes attached to the drain hose, so I’ve weighed it down in my sink with a pan to keep from potentially having a small flood. It is quiet, I’ll give it that. Others have reviewed saying it’s loud but I don’t think it is at all. I did read and follow all the instructions, and have tried the manufacturer fixes noted in the manual. I ended up coming back here to go through the questions on the page to try to find some fixes. I’m currently running a rapid cycle to try to get the white residue off (which is really an unnecessary waste of extra time, water and power). Hopefully a new detergent will help to alleviate the residue so I don’t have to keep doing a second cycle. As for the rack… I’m looking at getting one of the special bottle racks meant for larger dishwashers, but haven’t found anything that will work well in the small space of this one.
