Love this product! I am older so I get aches and pains, particularly in my lower back. I have used a number of over the counter heat/cold products to minimal results. I purchased Dr. Berg's joint and muscle pain relief cream as it has MSM in it and it orally take MSM to help with joint pain. I was so surprised at how well the product worked on the first use to calm my lower back muscles and nerves. I started to use it every night before bed and daily I saw improvement. Now I only need to use it a couple of times per week as a maintenance and it still works amazingly. Highly recommend the purchase and use of it.

The product works but takes more time than others to soak in. It stays a little sticky for quite a while. About an hour before it's completely dry and not sticky.

It greatly improves my pain . I had a very bad fall(twice ) on my right side of my back . Pain was so severe that I could not move around as easily as usual. Although I am 76 and should expect some pain this was horrible. My husband rubs it on my back on the whole right side and now I can sleep with no pain and move around during the day with a lot less pain. I tried going with out it for two days and I deeply regretted it. I will continue to use it . Well worth the price

This cream has provided significant relief for a chronic hip pain. It has a very “herbal” fragrance and gives a cooling sensation. A friend recommended it and I’m grateful for the relief.

I've used this many times on my bf who is an athlete and often has back pain. It really heats up the muscles and makes them less sore. Wonderful to use as massage.

As others have mentioned in reviews, the cream is a bit on the runny side and spills out of the jar if you’re not careful. The scent was not overpowering to me. Topically applied supplements are not localized, as they are immediately absorbed by the bloodstream. I applied a small amount to my left hip once in the afternoon and once more before bed. Most of the following day I had a headache and intestinal upset. This was the only change I made to my supplements so I knew the culprit had to be this cream. MSM obviously doesn’t agree with me and I unfortunately have no choice but to discontinue using this. Dr. Berg’s products are high quality (I also take his vitamin D and trace minerals), so I’m disappointed that my extra-sensitive system couldn’t tolerate this. I had high hopes for it to alleviate my osteoarthritis. It may work for you, however.
