Huge reduction in hairloss
I have been taking these for around 6 weeks now and have noticed a huge reduction in my hair falling out! You do need to take 3 a day but I found these reasonable in cost and easy to take. So so happy to see the benefits with my hair as I was losing handfuls at a time!

Very efficient product
Great product! My hair loss was significant. I assume it was due to my surgery and my immune system being very week after. My hair stoped falling after aroung 6 week of taking the tablets. Highly recommended!

Ok but felt no difference
These are tasteless answers a good price but please be informed that to get the recommended daily dose you need 3 capsules so these aren’t really as good value as you may initially think. They will last a month. I didn’t notice any difference but then I maybe didn’t give them long enough as I think with anything you’re meant to give it at least 3 months use.

Value for money
I have never written a review for a product. I have PCOs and because of that I was loosing so much hair. After taking it for a month the shedding has reduced significantly and it is so much cheaper than other similar products in the market

Good for hair & skin . 1000mg capsules !
I researched for natural alternative to help with bladder weakness. Pumpkin seed oil came up & seemed to promise less leakage & urge frequency. I have used for a month but have personally not noticed any improvement at all! Although my hair & skin are looking lovely😊 I was disappointed when I received to find out you need to take 3 x capsules to get 3000mg dose. So each capsule is only 1000mg which is extremely misleading on the packet making it not as good value as I thought! So not 90 days supply only 30 ! The capsules are easy to swallow no taste. Nutrition info states typically per daily dose ( not per capsule I noticed!) Pumpkin seed oil 3000mg Linoleum acid ( omega 6) 1350mg Oleuc acid( omega 9) Free from artificial colour flavour & sweetener. Free ftom preservatives
