I have been using this dispenser for about a month and really like it. I like that I don’t have to screw anything on to a wall, and it sits on my counter. The height is lower than a paper towel holder which is perfect for the saving vertical space. Two thumbs up!

I placed it in my kitchen. The thumb notch makes getting a paper towel fast and easy. Looks great. It’s heavy so it doesn’t topple over when getting one. This is a much better solution than typical paper towel holders.

We keep this on the toilet tank for hand towels for guest visits, for wiping up shower moisture, cleaning floor corners, etc. Very handy to keep in the restroom. M-fold towels were easy to load, and there's an indicator that changes from green to red (not lit but painted) when you're running low on towels and need to restock. The only reason we didn't give 5 starts is that it was pretty pricey - over $30. It looks nice though, is practical, and hopefully will last us a long time.

The only downside is not all the trifold paper towels fit into this holder. It is very functional and very easy to install and use once the right size paper towels are inserted. This makes having one paper towel pulled at a time for my students very easy.

What a great flat paper towel dispenser! Previous dispenser provided multiple paper towels at a time. This dispenser provides one at a time without tugging to get them out nor tearing. I use a third less with this product.

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:We got this for our guest bathrooms. The decorative hand towels are just that, decorative. Also, no one wants to dry their hands on a used towel. The spring action works great and the despinser stays in place when being used.
