Scotch Removable Mounting Squares, 1 in x 1 in, Double-Sided Foam, 16 Squares (Pack of 3)

I use a lot of these for labels for the walls in my art gallery. It can be a bit challenging to pull off the tape protector on some of them. Otherwise, I like that they save your walls.

Worked perfectly for what I wanted it for - I had hung a bunch of pictures and wanted to be sure that they stayed straight. The pictures were already hung with regular picture hanging hardware, then I leveled them and stuck one or two of these to the bottom corners. Even though the door in that room gets closed and slammed on a regular basis, the pictures have stayed straight.

These changed and I had ordered these for as long as they have been around. They used to be 1 in black foam squares now they are less than 1 in and they do not hold anything up! What you receive is not what is pictured.

They stay by themselves until I’ve moved them a couple of times. Then I get these squares Nd I can move those pictures anywhere!

I am very satisfied with this product. I primarily use these to hang images mounted on foam board and gator board at a museum. The mounting surface is generally painted drywall over concrete block. They hold firmly and, even after months of hanging, remove easily from the mounting surface. The great majority of the time (I would see over 90%) no paint is removed when the squares are removed. I have never experienced damage to the drywall. This is one of my favorite products to use.

So far so good, used them to hang small cork boards.

Definitely not strong enough to mount anything heavier than a picture.
