Product arrived quickly, and is seriously rugged / well made. The belt can easily be adjusted to the size needed on the clip side, because the other end has a nice finished leather tab to protect that end. The clip is nice quality metal, and clips very snuggly on the belt so it stays in place. This is exactly what I wanted. The belt is pretty stiff / thick webbing material, so definitely requires belt loops that will accommodate the 1 1/2 inch width of the webbing. It did come in a nice bag, which I probably will never use, but overall I am very pleased and will likely purchase additional belts from this vender.

I absolutely love this belt!! I've always used the "old fashioned" hole belts, and they would eventually wear out. Even a "tactical" belt, that is supposed to be worn by law enforcement, with holsters, etc., I wore out!! My first experience with a Canvas belt, was one I bought from a major outdoor chain, that was going out of business. I hated it, as the buckling mechanism sucked, to say the least! I love the way this belt "buckles", it's so easy! And, it holds securely. It's also easy to cut to length, as long as you have your measurements correct!! The first one I bought, I cut too much off of!! So, I had to order another one! But, I love this belt so much, I ordered 4 of them! I'll either keep them as spares, or give a couple away as Christmas presents.

The finest belt I have ever owned. I am a somewhat large gentleman and couldn't be happier. It tightens to right place and contains things. It does not stretch due to the containment stress. It is a nice looking buckle, it is solid and easy to operate. I actually have 5 of them. I guess thats a little OCD. One of the best purchases I have ever made. Two of my original belts became unsuitable for use in a short time. They begin slipping then the buckle would just pop open under the slightest stress. I got out another one, and it works much better. The buckle snaps and holds. Out of 5, 2 are useless. I just ordered another pair, hoping they are better quality. I still love this belt.

I bought this belt back in November. It is fine, meaning the belt itself is fine, the buckle is a different story. It does pretty well until you bend over and then the buckle pops open. In the beginning it was just once in awhile, now it's all the time. Other than the buckle problem, I enjoy the belt. Update: the company sent me a new buckle a few days after I wrote the review and I was honestly so surprised at their quickness and taking the time to help me out. However, the new buckle is now starting to do the same as the original buckle. I’m unsure if it’s just wear and tear on the buckle or if it is a faulty buckle. The belt itself is still great, just the second buckle is starting to cause problems for me.

The part of the buckled which actually closes on the belt has the wrong angle as it is almost vertical instead having a slight angle. Since I wrote this review, Stanley has made an extraordinary effort to contact me and has replaced the buckle with a new, working buckle. I feel that a full five stars is now called for.

This is, by far, the best belt I have ever owned. The buckle holds fast, and the belt material is sturdy, yet comfortable. I'm an active, bigger guy, and have been very impressed with this belt and buckle. I bend over a lot -- the belt stays in place. Update 1/19/19 I originally gave this belt a 5 star review. I bought a belt in April 2018 and loved it. I live in FL, so lots of humidity. By September the underside of the buckle started to corrode and pop open. Since the belt was such quality, and the buckle worked great at first, I ordered another one in September and encountered the same issue. It worked great for 3-4 months, but now pops open underload.

The buckle continues to fall off (and sadly I've had to fish it out of the urinal and beneath the urinal multiple times). I eventually gave up once the buckle was finally lost. This is not heavy duty, the metal and the belt canvas are good material but the buckle is a bad design.

I was specifically looking for a web belt but was disappointed with the buckles I had seen. This one is exactly what I was looking for. The buckle is well made, holds tightly, hasn't slipped at all. I believe the belt is 1-1/2" wide so it works perfectly on what I intended it for but you may want to check that your belt loops can accommodate the width. The only suggestion I have to improve it is that it has a leatherette end which looks like it could wear over time. I have another belt of this type and it has a metal cap on the end of the webbing and that would be a great addition. However, so far I'm very happy with the purchase.
