This is my favorite laxative for when I need relief in like 6 hrs. For me this is very genital for something that makes you go naturally. I read a review of a person who puts it in a glass of milk. This is the best I use 5 tsp. In a 18 oz glass of milk and drink 12 oz of water an HR later. This makes things nice and soft and you will get a full complete movement. You can do this day or night. I do before bed. In the morning it just comes gently

I prefer this product to the pill forms. Works well. Effective without being harsh. Easy on stomach.

I have only been able to find the liquid cenna on Amazon. This is the best medicine to use on a child that is constipated. Kids love the taste and it doesn't take long for it to work. It's not only good for kids, but for adults to.

This works great for my little guy with spina bifida to help keep things moving. It tastes a lot like raisin juice (not grape juice). My son takes it without a problem. It's a brown liquid about as dense as half and half. It does not come with a connecter for a liquid syringe so I just asked for one from my local pharmacy and it works great with no mess. I will definitely be buying this again. Took one start away for the taste being only tolerable.

I took my 18 month old daughter to a GI specialist And they advised my family to get her senna syrup. I went with this brand because it was the only one that would get to us in time. I'm very happy I did for some reason my daughter loves this stuff every time I have to give her any she drinks it down and then says Mmmmm lol. My daughter would be in so much pain trying to pass stool I would cry with her. It's working wonders for her. Before I could tell when she had to pass stool she would be so uncomfortable and cry her little heart out Now I just smell it. I hope she won't have to use it for a long time but right now it's going great and I'm happy she's finally going more consistently

During my husband's recent 7 week cancer treatment (chemo & radiation), this product was recommended to him by the nurses to "help" him, due to the side effects of pain medication (constipation). He tried it multiple times hoping that the side effects the first few times were not related to this product and just a coincidence and related to the cancer treatment. Unfortunately, every time he tried it he vomited it back up immediately, within 2 or 3 minutes. Every time. The vomiting episodes were violent, distressing, and painful. Perhaps not everyone has a reaction like this to this product but for those with serious medical conditions I thought it was important to share this and caution others, as this sort of reaction is another layer of suffering that a person doesn't need during a time like that. And had we known right away, the first time, that it was the result of the actual product, and the result for some people, I would have spared him from multiple times of re-trying it and having that additional awful experience. We discovered through MUCH trial & error that there are other methods and products, especially for people with serious medical conditions, that are much more gentle, effective, and won't cause more suffering. I truly hope this review helps those people in particular. It's already a difficult time and process and you don't need the extra suffering. We wish you all healing, health, wellness, and peace❤️
