Q: What's the difference between dark brown and natural dark brown?

Hi. I bought dark brown, which is dark brown. I bought the medium brown and natural medium brown. the medium brown is a redder than the medium natural brown. The medium natural brown is browner. I hope this helps.

Q: Is there a shelf life?

I’m not sure if it has a manufacturer shelf life. The product is similar in use to using mascara. It has a bristle wand that you apply through the grey hair. I imagine over time it will dry up. I’ve had mine for several months and it still has moisture although I don’t use it everyday.

Q: Which one of the brush or stick touch up more effective and easier to use?

Works very well

The colour is perfect match to my hair, covers un coloured hair and white hair nicely. Only it easily rubb away on the white pillow or white nails . But that’s fine for me as it gives me some tone before I recolour my hair again
