Q: How much liquid is dispensed per pump? Interested for use of laundry soap/softener.

For a full load of laundry I have to pump 15 to 29 times but I don’t mind it at all. They work well.

Q: would these work for dispensing sangria?

I believe so. I use them for bleach and detergent but I think any liquid would be ok. The only problem could possibly that the container would contribute to the taste.

Definitely; been using it for that for months. Also detergent

Q: What is total height with pump up (unscrewed; operational)?

The bottle's description says it is about 10 inches tall. Like a hand soap dispenser, it only pops up a little when unscrewed & operational. I would approximate maybe 11 inches or less. Please keep in mind, the spout twists up to prevent product drips. This adds a little more to the approximation I mentioned. It's a great item! I hope this helps!
