This product is very effective.
This product is very effective. I originally took it to help with my arthritic knees. The first thing that I noticed was that the swelling in my hands disappeared within two days. Then the knees improved significantly. I have been using this product from Puritan's Pride for many years. The brand was in fact recommended by my doctor. That was unusual, and I am glad I took note.

Easy to Swallow
These coated caplets are easy to swallow. I was taking this product regularly for about six months in 2023. It seemed to help with my arthritic knee pain at first, but then became less effective, so I stopped taking it. I re-ordered this product in 2025 to take in conjunction with other supplements. I have been taking it daily since 01/06/25, but I haven't noticed any difference in my knee pain. I will continue to take it until all of the pills are gone and will update this review if any significant changes occur.

The relief I’ve been searching for
Holy cow! Listen, I’ve had severe arm pain for a year and a half with limited mobility. I’ve gone to several chiropractors, doctors and orthopedists with no results short of cortisone shots. I’ve been prescribed at least 3 different meds and nothing has worked. I started taking these as yet another desperate grab for relief and THESE WORKED!!! I literally just mopped my entire house with NO pain! NONE! Now I can’t say these will work for everyone but they sure worked for me and they have a customer for life!

A great product that I may return to in the future if I need to
I bought this to help with crunching sound in my knees with no pain that had just started a few months ago. After a few months on this and some big weight loss my knees don't make the crunching sound anymore. If the crunching sound returns I would not hesitate to use this product again.

Different colors in Bottle
This supplement worked for the joints however what I didn't like was that some caplets were white and some caplets were blue. Item will be returned.
