After Using 5 Months - Huge Disappointment - You Get What You Pay For
This unit it slow to Boot Up, low to enable from Sleep Mode, and doesn't respond great to Touch Screen from Fingertip or included Stylus. I bought it to listen to my Radio stations via Streaming. This is the most flawed function. Slow, slower, slowest... I listen to 5 stations in the NYC area - WNYC, WKCR, ESPN 98.7, WFAN and WCBS. The first 3 require TuneIn (not necessary with an iPhone), the latter 2 require Audacy (same on iPhone). In addition to how long this Unit takes to Boot, launching TuneIn or Audacy, then picking your Streaming Station will take 2 times longer. You will listen to Ads from either TuneIn or Audacy, then you will wait again for Ads from each Streaming Radio Station. Many times I used to flip my Antenna radio on while in the bathroom to hear a show I have on in another room. This Unit can take 5-8 minutes to get to your Streaming Radio Station! Maybe if I shave and take a shower, this is convenient, not for other bathroom updates!! I don't bother turning it on unless I'm in the bathroom for a long time. There's more frustration: the Radio Stations corrupt and stop working. Sungale's solution: Delete apps and reinstall. So I have to delete the Parent app (TuneIn, Audacy) and reinstall each station within the Parent app. This happens frequently. One more thing: TuneIn is constantly trying to get you to upgrade to Subscription-based service to avoid their plethora of ads. These screens will never respond to touching the "x" in the upper right corner (as mentioned in the first sentence, the Touch Screen feature is unreliable 50% of the time). Have to use Back Button on top, or other work-arounds to get out of "Offer to Subscribe" or to change Streaming Radio stations. Wish antenna reception were better, but it is a thing of the past. THE ONE THING SUNGALE DOES at 3 Stars - Spotify. This functions better than the Streaming Radio. However, connecting my Spotify account was a bit obtuse from their Settings Gear menus. I believe most of the problems I cited are the fact that this Unit is very low processing memory, and it probably uses some outdated, customized and mediocre version of Android operating system. Since it is Android-based, Spotify, when enabled on the Sungale IS NOT available on our iPhones and therefore not on my paired Sanyo Receiver for Playback in my living room stereo system. Must Power Down Sungale to regain Spotify function on iPhones. I cannot speak to other Streaming Services or Audiobooks. Never use them. I thought I did a great shopping comparison choosing to buy the Sungale instead of other Internet Radio/Streaming devices, which are priced $80-200. You get what you pay for.

I like this in my office
I always play music when I need to concentrate, but don't like to use my phone to play, since I easily got carried away by text and social media. This little device is ideal for me, compact size not taking much desk space, easily sign into my Spotify account, and I can just hide away my phone and work!

Slow interactive response
OP system/cpu slow to respond. Op system wants to act more like a phone than a streamimg radio as it wants to show priority to display the traffic, emails and videos. I went into system settings to disable bloatware stuff and tell it to stop with the email and traffic, I got rid of most but traffic is still a work in progress. I'm surprised how slow it reacts to initiating a touch screen command for a 2022 design.

Worst purchase ever!
This radio is so slow. It takes about 10min just to start it up! Then to start a radio station is another 15 min. I am not kidding! DO NOT BUY!

Cool but has issues
Has alot more features than I expected. It's almost like an iPad but it's only for onljne music. There's no Bluetooth which is disappointing so you can't play music thru this from your own device. You have to connect to your app via wifi and the sound is really par. The small woofer is on the bottom and gets muffled out by standing on it. The treble is very tinny and sounds hollow at high levels. The sound isn't very good but for listening to an audible book it works find. The battery life is really bad though. On a full charge just listening to an audio book it died on me after just 6 hours. I wasn't doing anything other than listening and it was drained dead. Just not very impressed or happy with this device.

Great internet radio!
This is a great internet radio. It's portable, but not too small. It sounds amazing for the size. Comes with a bunch of apps preloaded so you can start streaming right away. It's even pretty well charged when you get it. The price is awesome, and you can use it to stream videos too. The screen is clear, small, but clear. Touch screen works well, and responds quickly. It can bluetooth to other speakers, screens, or headphones. Overall, this is a great internet radio, and I highly recommend it!

A Decent All In One Music Center
The Sungale Internet Radio integrates OTA radio, Amazon Music, Sirius XM, and my own music files into a single source that is great for travel. If your favorite OTA radio station has an app, you can download it through the radio's pre-loaded Google Play Store. For Amazon Music and Sirius XM, simply enter your user name and passwords and you're connected. I experienced no difficulties connecting it to my home wifi. If you're familiar with Android devices, you won't have any issues navigating around the menu. I did experience a little hitch in getting it to search for bluetooth devices. I couldn't find it in the menu, but once I went to the search bar and typed in "blue", it popped up. The bluetooth feature allows me to play the audio through my home component system and the sound is almost as good as my receiver’s sound. This is my preferred method of listening when I'm at home because the built in speakers don't really inspire me. The speed is slower than my Galaxy A42, but not to the point to where it becomes a major annoyance. You can’t plug a micro USB cable into the radio and connect it to your computer like you can a phone. You’ll need to transfer your music files to a flash drive and plug the flash drive into the provided OTG cable. This is an inconvenience, but it works. If there’s a sleep timer, I haven’t been able to find it. It would be nice to listen in bed and have it automatically shut off. The battery will also drain 3 to 4 percent a day unpowered and unused. I consider this significant. On the plus side, it charges relatively quickly. You'll also need to keep up with the stylus. There is no clip on the back to store it. The stylus isn't a necessity. It just makes navigating the menu easier. It's difficult to reach the edges of the display with a finger. Despite a few shortcomings, I love the radio as an all in one music center. I’ll be taking it on its first overnight road trip in a couple of days and I look forward to enjoying it in my room.
