This really works. It provides fast, temporary relief from scalp itching between washes and has honestly been a lifesaver for me. On nights when I haven’t had time to shampoo and wake up itching, I can simply spray it on and feel immediate soothing relief. It helps me get through the night comfortably, then I can do a proper shampoo the next day. A very handy product to have if you struggle with an itchy scalp or don’t always have time to wash your hair — especially when you’re busy looking after kids.

I love the nozzle atomizer it has which helps to get it straight on the scalp. It has the cooling effect which I love with products and stops me from scratching but I'm not sure if it fully calms down my flakes or its just not strong enough for seborrheic dermatitis. My hair didn't feel very moisturised afterwards unless I used it with a bit of aloe vera. I probably won't be buying again
