Vitabiotics Chewable Tablets, 30 count

I think this is a great chewable option, if that’s what you’re looking for. The tablets have a light orange, slightly minty flavour to them, very palatable with no medicinal bitterness. They're definitely hard tablets rather than crumbly but thankfully they're neither powdery nor chalky and easy enough to chew. The tablets are scored so you can break them into half or quarters if you want to space out your intake, evenly across the day (or you need to take a smaller or more specific dose). The calcium, magnesium, vitamin D combination is ideal taken together - the only thing that would have made this better would have been addition of vitamin K2 which aids calcium and vitamin D uptake - you also get a bit of zinc, manganese and a few others in the mix. It think it’s a reliably good supplement that tastes good; I use it regularly and have had no issues with it.

These are easy to take and have a even ratio for bone health in the long term . You don't get many tabs in a packet and there is a lot of packaging.
