Ottimo prodotto e molto utile prima o dopo un allenamento intenso, e non solo.

I do a lot of hiking / wildcamping, but get agonising cramp after a long day's walk. These Electrolyte Xtreme tablets have stopped cramp altogether. I take one after a meal or a good drink as advised on the instructions. One a day will do. There's no way I can swallow these because they're as big as bullets (see my attached photo) , so I just chew them until I can swallow them. They crunch up easily and are very sweet flavoured - taste like sugar. I definitely recommend these to stop cramp.

THESE ARE LIFE CHANGING... I USED TO HAVE DISABLING FEET, CALF, THIGH AND HANDS CRAMPS, THESE WERE SO BAD, WORSE IN SUMMER, BUT SINCE I STARTED TAKING THESE 2 OR 3 YEARS AGO I HAVE HAS NO CRAMPS. THESE ARE SO GOOD I BUY THEM FOR MY SONS TOO, AS THEY GO TO THE GYM A LOT AND NEED TO REPLACE ELECTROLYES AGTER THE GYM
