This is a well balanced knife with a nice weight and it's nice and sharp

Lovely knife with sharp rigid blade. Feels like quality. The handle is quite chunky, which I personally like, it’s easy to hold and makes it easy to direct the blade but something to bear in mind.

Good knife very sharp feels comfortable in my hand ,makes chopping easier would recommend ,a must have.

What's to say.This is perhaps the most solid last forever paring , time will tell though.Very sharp. Cuts with ease. Handle shaped to fit a palm unlike some that chamfer to hinder/dig in.Pity no blade guard. Wonder why so many sharp blades don't , only seem to fit at the tips.

If you want to invest in good knives that will last you will find these worth the investment.A nice edge on a very well made knife.

Ein schönes kleines Messer, daß gut in der Hand liegt und sehr scharf ist. Natürlich handelt es sich bei dem Preis nicht um eine aus Lagen gefaltete Klinge. Die Beschriftung ist aufgedruckt (oder wie man sowas macht). Man spürt, wenn man mit dem Daumen drübergeht, daß die Schrift erhaben aufliegt. Bin mal gespannt, wie lange das Messer hält.Ohne Langzeit-Erfahrung im Moment eine Kaufempfehlung.
