This product really increased my supply while relactating, however, if you have a peanut allergy, be careful! Fenugreek is a cross contaminate for peanuts and I ended up having an allergic reaction so i had to stop taking.

This is kind of a long story so try to bear with me. When my baby was a newborn I was pumping like crazy because the hospital told me to. I was producing so much where it was at least 3oz per side every time I pumped. Flash forward to now and my baby is 5 months old and sleeping through the night however, they cluster feed before going to bed. I started to dry up before they were satisfied at bedtime and they REFUSE to take a bottle anymore. I started stressing to the point of bawling my eyes out and my husband was extremely stressed as well. We were at our wits end. So I took to the internet. I looked at one other product from another company I like but that product didn't have good reviews. I also like this company because I used their morning sickness lozenges when I was pregnant. I read one woman's review where she said by day 4 she had already quadrupled her production so I was like, let's do it! I kid you not the next morning after my first day taking these I felt more full. It's now day 3 and I have PLENTY of milk for my baby at bedtime. I am so incredibly grateful to this product! I can't speak for everyone but it definitely works for me! There is a slight taste and smell but it's barely noticeable.

These unfortunately didn’t work for me. I got them out of desperation after having my son and I was REALLY determined to be able to provide breast milk to my son. He was born with 2 teeth so that already caused issues right off the bat with being able to breastfeed directly. I had to supplement from day 2. On day 5, I became severely engorged overnight and was like ok great, my supply is coming in. My son completely gave up on trying to latch so I decided to really push for pumping. After all the research I did, pumping was producing roughly 60mLs total every 2 hours. But that’s all I ever got. No matter how often or little, no matter if I power pumped, etc. i just couldn’t produce anymore. So I decided to give these a try. I don’t know if it was just the timing but within a week after starting to take these, my supply started decreasing and then by the end of the week, it was all gone. The only time I would have any milk come out was when my son would start crying and I would leak. Otherwise, there was no more let down, no more firmness. Whatever little milk there was, it was just gone.I’m really happy for everyone that it worked for, I was just really disappointed that I didn’t have the same luck.

It’s very hard to review a product like this since every woman is different and will have different experiences, what works for one might not work for another. In my case, after two months of trying everything else on the market to increase my milk supply I finally decided to give these a shot.When I first started breast feeding/pumping I was pumping just under 4oz from both breasts. After about two weeks of breast feeding/pumping went by I noticed the amount slowly decreasing to barely 2.5oz out of both breasts. I knew I was never going to be able to provide him with enough milk and build up a supply in the freezer with those numbers, especially when he started getting 4oz instead of 2oz. I started having to supplement with formula just to make sure my little guy was getting enough in one feeding. So, I immediately started looking into ways to increase my supply. I tried power pumping, lactation cookies, teas, supplements you add to water, and finally these pills. I waited a little while to try them because they aren’t exactly a cheap investment, especially with a new baby.I took them as directed for the first week, 2 pills once a day. After no change I tried 3 pills once a day. After another week of no change and actually my supply decreasing even more (to just under 2oz every time I pump) I am now just taking them to finish the bottle. Deep down I’m hoping they will kick in and my milk will just start flowing.I was hoping these would have been my answer but instead they just became another supplement added to the pile of disappointment. Not to say they don’t work, they just didn’t for me.

Sooo I have never left a review for anything before. I tend to be super skeptical of basically everything I buy online. I know- it’s a terrible, but I have trust issues with shopping online 😂So with that being said- let me tell you my story.I gave birth in 2020- he wasn’t latching very well so he stopped breast feeding pretty quick. So I pumped then gave up as my supply dwindled.I gave birth 8/11/2022- she is a comfort nurser. Complete opposite of her brother- which has been difficult for me since I haven’t ever made much milk. Even pumping every 2-3 hours like everyone says- my supply started to drop dramatically 2 weeks ago. So I started trying all the foods I could to increase milk. I started doubling and tripling my liquid intake. Still no luck.To make matters worse- my daughter has dietary issues- so I needed to change her formula and my diet. So I had to cut out dairy, soy, beef, and lentils. Changing my diet also affected my milk supply.I had to change my prenatal since it has soy in it- and I found this brand of prenatal which lead me to this lactation helper.1st night… my supply doubled. I was barely getting an oz.I’m on my 4th day taking it and I’m up to 6 oz per pumping session.Needless to say I’m relieved. Not being able to at least comfort nurse my daughter was breaking my heart. Now I can. And I’m sooo grateful that these actually work.
