This is the perfect drink for those who need or want extra protein in their diets. After having surgery, I needed more protein, but I don't like the milky drinks or mixing powder. When I saw this at our local supermarket I just had to try it. They have so many different flavors but the cherry is my favorite. Sometimes our store has them on sale at 2 bottles for $4.00, which is a very good deal. But, here at Amazon, they are almost $1.00 cheaper than retail per bottle when you buy the case. I was so happy when I found this that I got a subscription for them. Thanks, Amazon!

All of us are trying to increase our protein these days it seems and this is certainly an easy way to add more to your daily intake. It's pretty good....not great, because which protein drink is?? It's fine at first, but has an aftertaste afterwards. I will say that the cherry one is the best to me. I didn't care for the grape one at all. If you add a lot of ice to it it certainly helps.

I love the drinks. They are expensive though. Flavor is great.
