The grip is not soft, but it's functional. Cable is almost a foot too long and the throttle movement seems a bit wobbly, but overall I see this as a relatively good replacement for the price. If I wanted something of street bike quality, I'd spend twice as much money for a better quality throttle, but this works just fine for a minibike that takes a beating on a regular basis. I do have to say that it's better quality than the stock throttle that came with the Coleman minibike.

Heck of a lot cheaper than the brand product AND it was delivered to my door instead of having to go to the cycle store.

Would not buy again, it was nice while it lasted but the area near the bearing cause the cord to fray easily. After 10+ rides the throttle cable snapped and almost left me stranded. Worked well at first but over time it will cause problem.

I installed this on my Baja warrior with a predator 212 and so far it works great. Throttle response is on point. My old throttle was wore out and breaking and couldn't be happier with this product.

Installed on my 22mm mikuni carb and the slide doesn't go all the way down. I have everything set to the loosest setting and I'm still having my slide carb slightly open. Also provide a length of the cable and cable housing for future refrence

The fitting for the end of throttle cable was not long enough snd right to fit into the end of the part

Fits perfect just the wire is a little bit short.

Fixed my son's dirtbike with this. It's the same design as his last one. The last one wore to the point it caused the throttle to stick. Hopefully this one is of better quality. So far so good.

second kit like this i bought.... im so disappointed. I went to install it and everything is of terrible quality .... NONE of it worked and needed more parts and a drill to fix the part in its sent to me condition just so it can be installed and I'm just simply not doing that i paid for a part not a make more work project.... the throttle cable wouldn't even fit a our tiny 80 and the throttle assembly is fully plastic.. then I look closer and there is no eye slot for the throttle cable to attach to the throttle twistable handle ... there's a spot that look like someone tried to drill the hole and then just gave up. No where di it was tools required or drilling into tiny plastic pieces required or that i would literally have to rig this together to use any of it! Not please at all we bought this as a upgrade to a fully functioning throttle and it turned into a complete nightmare! nothing about these parts is right or went easy everything has something wrong with them...even the throttle housing was cracked ...like terrible terrible part quality .. how can you even sell this to anyone...

Used this for my sons pw50 bars upgrade worked perfect had to modify cable slightly and remove the hard grips with good ones but all around perfect for the price
