Put loads of water using spray bottle, or water with some fairy liquid mixed, this will ensure any greasy parts of the glass are cleaned properly. Clean the glass fully. Then sprays the glass again the more water the better as it will allow you to move the film into place. Then use probably credit card to squeeze water out. Even though you don't see the water keep on doing this until there is no sign of water as you swipe the card down. Any water left will dry out leaving white bubbles. If its on car don't open windows for a day and let if fully dry.

Depends on which windows you want to use this on. There is no rule on Rear windows. But definitely can't use this on the front side windows.
