I am one of the most cynical people on earth and the least likely to try something out of my norm. However - a friend recommended these and wouldn't stop going on about them - so to shut her up, I tried them. Extraordinary! I have been taking three a day for five days now and can report a significant reduction in the quite intense discomfort/pain I had in my knees.
