The product is so good. I've been using it for almost 3 & a half years now. 👌👍 I could say that this product, indeed is so useful to me. Unfortunately, recently, it stopped to heat, only at temp #3. 🫤 is there still a chance for it to work?

Functions quite nicely. My improper posture has caused me to experience excruciating back pain, which used to get worse in the nights. I only use this heating pad for fifteen minutes in the evening, but it works wonders and provides such relief. It's quite cozy and may be used as a back support when lying down or as a seat on your couch when you're sitting. It can get quite hot, and I can only utilize the maximum three of the ten temperature levels. A must-have tool for back pain.

Good, useful and efficient heating pad. But the heating at level 9 or 10 is not as hot as I had expected it to be. it does not feel warm enough till level 7.

The control remote doesn't work and the pad is not heating. I ordered 2 pcs and both of them are not working. Very disappointed
