CS50+ Personal Sound Amplifier LEFT EAR by Sound World Solutions

I purchased this item as a quick fix for my Mother who is hospitalized.First, the box had a handwritten annotation “complete” with someone’s initials indicating most likely a reconditioned item; second the batteries did not last 18 hours as stated; third after a coupleof days, the amplifier stopped working completely. Also when in use there is a microphone interference noise.I do NOT recommend this product, nor the selker that i formed me they would not refund a used item! This is NOT i dicated when you purchase the item and is NOT an Amazon practice. Moreover, how on earth are you supposed to know if the item is adequate if you cannot try it?????!!!Caveat emptor!

It works as expected and the price is reasonable. I bought the left and the right. Blue tooth connection with other devices works only for one of them but not both. Although you can use their app to adjust one or both. Some frequencies are ear piercing if you don't adjust them properly. Over all I am happy with the performance and recommend it.
