So far this automatic dispenser is working great as the time I am writing this review. I like the sleek design and compact size compare to others... and great price too.

Item arrived without the necessary key to open it, had to order separately at additional cost and now waiting for delivery before I can mount it. 2 days later Follow up-after buying keys to open unit found the original keys as part of the casting in the back. Improve instruction indicating where the keys are, people expect them in the box separately Also needs a small diagram on how to load towel (routing thru rollers). Unit itself is great!

Pictures show the dispenser to be dark purple in color but it is actually gray. While the dispenser functions flawlessly, it wasn't the color I was hoping for.

Don't buy!!! I ordered four. Two came not working because the sensors were bad. And the third sensor went bad within a week of using it. I waiting to see how long the last one goes before the sensor goes bad too.

Have 4 of these now. Simple and reliable. Save paper

a little expensive, works great under hard use.
