Started using this after taking the Nutrafol Postpartum tablets for 3 months. Lost my hair 5yrs ago during postpartum, then even more after my 2nd baby 2yrs ago now. I am using a lot of different hair loss interventions. I do believe Nutrafol to be the most impactful. I noticed my hair was thinning back in 2019 and was diagnosed with female pattern baldness in May 2024. The last 6 months, I added Nutrafol to my regimen. I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night to avoid any irritation to my stomach. I do not miss a dose, I have reminder alarms set to ensure consistency. My photos are showing center part, December 2024 vs May 2024, and side part, December 2024 vs May 2024. The center part is straight vs curly styled hair but the side part is curly vs curly. Lighting is similar. There’s noticeable improvement of my hair density. I wish I had before photos to show how much longer my hair grew but shared a current photo only. I take a diet medication and have lost quite a bit of weight. My hair was coming out a lot when I would brush it, and in the shower, and taking it down from a pony tail. Even before the diet medication I was noticing a lot of fallout, and my “baby hairs” were fine around my forehead. Taking this for a month now, just ordered my 2nd month. I think the outlook is pretty good with this product as I have probably 75% less fallout than usual. I will update this review at month two. :)

I notice my hair doesn't shed that much when I shower anymore and it's been almost a month of taking these supplements. I haven't noticed hair growth yet, but I'm goingnto give it a few more months of taking it and come back to review again.

I've been taking Nutrafol since December, and I will not say these are bad. But maybe my expectations were too much. It has shown some thickness in my hair, a little less hair loss, and somehow, I feel these helped with my nails too because they definitely feel stronger and they're more in shape since I started taking these. I struggle with my scalp being shown and so I was expecting some kind of growth by now but the wide lining remains the same. As good as they were to me, I'm a have to go in a different direction unfortunately.. 😔

Nutrafol helped me grow my hair back! I suffer from severe Crohns Disease which made my hair fall out, especially on the top. It was super scary for a 26 year old. I’m a Healthy young adult I should be able to see the results the best and fastest and I’m very sensitive and noticed a difference in things immediately. I will say the only difference is that I started having an increase in foot cramps I’m not sure how this affects circulation but I don’t feel much better taking them at all. In fact, the opposite. So in conclusion they don’t seem to work. Taste bad smells bad like they’re expired & I felt like I was losing more hair for taking them and I’m just not feeling much better.
