The side tapping doesn’t work. The box was damaged. I was going to gift it and then decided to keep it for my daughter’s birthday. Now I can’t return it and it isn’t working properly.

The item was defective! It would only work when on the charger, the side tapping did not work. Even the box was broken when I began unboxing. I should’ve read the reviews before buying, it seems to be a hit and miss as some are pleased, but many buyers seem to have the exact same issues with their items.

Not working batterie. Only if it’s connected to base. Also it came in a very damaged box, clearly already opened and used

I do not recommend to buy anything from this seller (distributor). The seller has delivered a defective item. The item does not work as it is advertised - the tap right/left side does not work. The player does not work on battery. The battery does not charge. Placing the figurine does not activate the playback (playback only works when i disconnect/reconnect the electricity). The speaker was bought as a Christmas present, as a result it was opened after the 2 weeks of the official return slot. When the problem was detected (upon opening and setting up the player), the seller was uncompromising. They refused to replace the item. They refused to deal to rectify the situation.

None uk plug. Arrived late.

Had it for a month and gave it to my son after the return window closed to Amazon , discovered it’s definitely defected as it only works if it’s connected to power and the forward and back option doesn’t work , complete waste of money .

Best gift you can give to a kid. The songs are so cheerful and uplifting.

This is an amazing toy/music/story player. Children of all ages can enjoy this and I love the fact it doesn’t have a screen but can keep a child entertained for just as long. Only downfall is the cost of each character.

So fun and entertaining. My 18 month old granddaughter is quite able to manipulate it all on her own. Excellent choice for any youngster.

Creo que es mi nueva cosa favorita para mi bebé, definitivamente lo recomiendo para otras personas con bebés o niños pequeños. Y si pueden conseguir más figuras con canciones o cuentos, mejor. Fácil de instalar y de usar, práctico y además es suave.
