This knife is fantastic. The weight and balance of this knife makes it easy and comfortable to use. It is very sharp, which is great for cutting, slicing, and chopping up vegetable and meats as well. The handle is fit my hand. It also is easy to clean with hot water. I would recommend this as a nice housewarming gift, because this knife is come with a very nice gift box.

Useless as it is not sharp

Very sharp knife. Comes from factory reasonably sharp (I'm a little picky. It could be sharper.) Takes a sharp edge and holds a sharp edge.So why the two star rating? There is not enough space for my fingers between the bottom of the handle and the cutting board. My wife has very small hands and has barely enough room. Also, the handle is a bit slippery.If you have small hands, go for it. For under twenty dollars you'll be pleased.

Pretty sharp knife, easy to chop on Veggie and meat, the handle of the knife is very conformable to grab, being a mother of 3 young kids, I love this product !!!

Received knife yesterday, it looks nice. Not sure why the box says beware of the sharp knife? The one I received was not. After a little work on a stone and leather, it had a edge, rather it keeps a edge is the real test. Many reviews said it was sharp, then again, many people are use to a extreamly dull knife and out of the box it probably feels sharp to them. For everyday use, this will be fine for the majority of folks. If you like really top notch quality, this may not be for you.
