It works for me.

This is my second bottle and whether it is mind over matter all I knw is that it works. I'm in perimenopause and this supplement really helps with my mood swings, energy, focus and everything else. The last bottle had finished a while now and during that time I felt like I was going to die because of the disruption taking place in my body due to the hormone changes. Love the vitamin content but i think i am going back to the every womans instead of the 40 plus. I love vitamin content as i can supplement way less with dr mercola d3, ks, zinc, b3 , magnesium theonite, and iodine.
