I’ve been taking one sachet (3 tablets) daily of MuscleBlaze Biozyme 5-in-1 for about a month now. I like that it gives me a complete pack of vitamins and minerals (vitamin B’s, C, D, iron, zinc etc.), plus extra joint-support and herbal blends. I felt a slight boost in my energy and workout recovery. The tablets are easy to swallow. On the downside: it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Also, I had some mild stomach discomfort when I took them on an empty stomach, so I now always take them right after a meal which helps. Overall – good if you train regularly and want a “all-in-one” multivitamin, but it’s not a miracle-pill and you still need good diet + rest.”

This is one of the best multivitamin out there. I have felt more energetic and am able to work out better. Been using it for 6 months now. Totally worth it

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Somehow if i try to take all 3 of them together i feel digestive issues. You have to take one after each meal.

I'm reviewing after a year of using this product i don't feel any significant improvements in my performance or strength don't waste your money buy raw ashvgandha, fish oil etc

I cannot recommend this. It caused intense stomach pain. I even tested it by stopping and restarting the supplement, and the pain happened every single time. I wasn't pairing it with anything else, so it was definitely this product. Not worth it!
