This seat cane is perfect for those who need to rest at times while out. It doesn't take up any more room than a regular cane and weighs about the same. It worked very well while we walked around the Philadelphia Flower Show and also while waiting for the train.

Product arrived on time. Planning to watch some high school golf teams this year and wanted an option if carts weren’t available. This seems portable and stable enough to use when walking 18 as a spectator

I been getting back into walking but can't go a great distance. With this cane/seat I'm able to go a mile 1/2 stopping several times to rest my legs. Several people thought it was neat and asked where I bought it - of course Amazon.Update: Jan 10, 2023. Increased walking to 4-7 miles EVERY DAY (with out missing one day) and still need to stop and sit (stop 5-8 times) The seat is comfortable, I sit for about 1-2 minutes until my legs feel better. Had to replace one rubber cap on bottom of one leg. I can not live with out this cane/chair. Seat cover has a heart design which makes me want to take care of my heart by walking everday.Update Apr 6, 2023: I just came back from Florida and was in a retirement area, while waling and sitting I had many stop and ask where I bought it. So far I have walked over 700 miles with this cane.

It’s a little difficult to walk with. It’s a little heavy. Throws me off balance. A bit . The seat is so tiny it’s definitely not something you want to sit down on very long but it’s great if you have a tendency to fall and need a seat quickly.But in certain health conditions are better off to have it to not have it!

I'm middle-aged, but I am unfortunately suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. I thought having a "seat cane" would be great because my joints tend to ache and I tire quickly if I'm standing or walking too long. I have a rolling walker, but it's big and bulky. I actually purchased this item a week ago, but I received notice that the item would be delayed for 5 days (1st red flag). So, I canceled my order, received a refund and re-orderded it. This time, it was delayed for only ONE day and I received it today. I just opened the box and it has a TERRIBLE odor, which I was hoping would dissipate once it was aired out. I don't know that yet because I've been occupied with just trying to properly put in the AA batteries (not included) inside the cane handle. There are no indicators for which direction to put them in and having to twist the cap on and off several times has my already hand joints screaming! I finally put them in correctly and couldn't tell the difference because of how EXTREMELY poorly lit the "flashlight" is!! And to make matters worse, the longer that you have the flashlight on, the DIMMER it gets! I haven't even put the seat cover on the seat or tried to use the seat because of how disappointed I with the flashlight! The warning signs for me SHOULD HAVE been the delayed shipping but the clincher now is the RIPOFF that they overcharged me for that I have to make time and costs to return! Avoid this overpriced junk!

Getting old and legs are going and thought this might help while on longer walks, what a lifesaver, the seat is plenty strong for my 300 lbs. body and having a place to sit while taking a break is wonderful. No more panic attacks because I need to sit and there is no place close. Had a problem with the light and notified the company and they immediately send a replacement, great customer service and product.
