They offer genuine blue light protection. In my case, I work in front of a computer most of the day, so protecting my eyes is important. The frames are good quality and flexible, making them very comfortable to wear. So far so good. I would recommend it

Not bad, blocks blue light bit don't fit for wide face. So wear in office only.

I use my eyes more now than before, being in media and I like watching movies, I'm glad I got this 2 pack from ANYLUV because each offers different blue light blocking protection that I have come to understand and respect. The Clear Lenses block about 75% of blue light and I use them when I'm doing work like color correction, graphics and any other things that I need to see true color, by the way the clear glasses are NOT CLEAR, they have 5%-7% Light Yellow tint so keep that in mind when color matters in what you're doing. The Orange Gaming Lenses block abut 90% of blue light and I use them when color doesn't matter like watching the news, movies, or browsing the internet. The Frames are metal with spring hinge wrapped in rubberized plastic coating, they are light, super comfy, and I love they are metal with spring hinge for durability.

Great looking glasses but I just can't tell if it's really serving the purpose or not. Working at a computer for long hours my eyes get strained so I needed to try something. Grabbed these first instead of doing a Blue Light Screen but as of right now I'm not sensing a change in my eye strain or etc. No complaint on quality...glasses are sturdy and well made...look good. Just not sold on the effectiveness
