Wish I had bought one years ago! Tyres for our family cars are in the region of £150 each, this is in the region of £30. Within seconds of doing my first pass in front of the garage I heard a "click" as it picked something up. Feels sturdy and well made and was very simple to put together.

Did the job just as what it's for. A very handy tool to have, rolled over the grass to pick up any nails after some works done, worked very well on grass. Not as good on gravel though. good size and easy to use.

Did the job, and saved some tyres. I had lots of nails on a gravel driveway after some roofing work. This picked them up pretty well. It wasn't the strongest magnet (obviously for the price) but was good enough. The reason for 4 stars was because with the wheels on it didn't seem close enough to the ground or wasn't strong enough to pull the nails out of the gravel, so I just removed the wheels, which worked a treat.

Great item that does what it says it does. Used it in a school play area after some building works and the amount of screws and nails it picked up was unbelievable. Only slight criticism is the handle can retract if you push to hard so best to pull it behind you. Other than that it is excellent

This is brilliant! We made a mistake where we emptied the ash from an old bonfire into the garden before realising it contained a huge quantity of nails, screws etc. This picked them all up no problem - was a total lifesaver!

There is no one off switch for the magnet so cleaningbit is not great

This item has given me much joy! My husband has been known to drop things like screws and nails out of his van (on the drive) when he takes boxes out of it... yes that's right a drive where we park our cars. Now, as soon as he opens his doors I'm out there sweeping the drive with my new magnet on wheels like a dervish! I'm delighted with it, it's pretty sturdy, a good height for me (I'm short) and the magnet does the job. Happy days indeed!

RC model maker, and some of the screws that come with models are so tiny, so just as you lose a tiny screw , gone for ever in the carpet, not any more one quick sweep over the carpet with this little gizmo , JOB SORTED

Shipping was spot on. It arrived on time. Well packaged with even wood inserts to protect the axle bolts. Just had work done and nails were in driveway that my small driveway magnet missed after going over it five times. This sweeper once assembled added another 10 nails to the total and impressed me like I didn't think it would. It made fast work and I was able to do a 75ft driveway three times from garage to street in less than 20 minutes. My old one took about 20 minutes to do about a third and didn't have the ease of use with wheels. Great product, great price, great job done! I will consider other products from this vendor.

I just had my roof replaced and there were nails everywhere. Knowing that I would only need to use this once, I opted for the cheaper model and it turns out to work really well. Sure, its magnet isn't as strong as a bigger model so it can't pick up any nails that are hidden deep in the dirt, rocks, or grass, but for the price it's done a good job. I suppose you can always upgrade it by sticking some neodymium magnets on it. The wheels are small so it struggles on a push stroke over patchy grass or big gravels, but a pull stroke works just fine for those. This is a great tool for the average home owner.

We have a circa log barn with a lean-to built on it. We took some of the boards and roof off of it due to damage. I needed to be sure all of the old nails and wire was of of the ground so it was safe to walk around or run the lawn mower across. I bought this to help with that. The first pass I made I found 15 different pieces of metal, that could have punctured a mower tire or went through a tennis shoe sole. I ran the weed eater across the area and then made another pass. I found several other barn nails, roofing nails and old fence wire. This area covered about 20 feet by 12 feet all around the barn. This is wide enough that it took me about 10 swaths to cover it, overlapping each time. I figure it paid for itself about 4 times by saving $30-$40 per tire… and many many hours of headaches and mad fits!!! It is a KEEPER for anyone who lives in the country and has buildings or fences to maintain!! Even taking a farm tractor across the area would have been a nightmare!! I can’t imagine replacing a $900.00 tractor tire with a 3” barn nail in it!! THANK YOU FOR HAVING A DUSBLE PRODUCT, and it was so easy to put together.
