Reliable Nighttime Protection – Caregiver Approved
Caring for my elderly father means finding products that keep him comfortable and maintain his dignity. These LivDry overnight briefs have been a godsend for both of us. Every night, I help him into a pair before bed, and it helps us both rest easier knowing there won’t be a big mess by morning. The absorbency on these is impressive – they are clearly designed for overnight use. In the mornings, the bedding is dry and my dad feels clean. We’ve had far fewer leak incidents since switching to LivDry, even though he’s a side sleeper (which typically can cause leaks with lesser products). It’s such a relief not waking up at 3 AM to change sheets. Comfort was a big concern for me because nobody wants to wear something bulky or scratchy for hours. These pull-ups are surprisingly soft and discreet. The material feels gentle, almost like regular underwear, and there’s no loud rustling noise when he moves around. They’re also fairly slim considering how much they hold. Under his pajamas, they are barely noticeable – which is great for his confidence and comfort. The elastic is snug but not too tight, leaving no red marks on his skin. Putting them on and taking them off is as easy as any underwear; when it’s time to remove, the sides tear away smoothly which makes clean-up convenient. I appreciate that feature because it allows removal without having to fully undress him. Buying the 72-pack has been economical and convenient. We don’t have to worry about running out for quite a while, and it’s one less thing on my shopping list each week. The consistent quality in this bulk pack is noteworthy – every piece has been reliable; we haven’t encountered any duds (no defective tabs or anything like we did occasionally with other brands). As a caregiver, these LivDry underwear have lessened my workload and given my dad more comfort. He even remarked that he sleeps better not feeling dampness or worrying about accidents. I’d recommend these to anyone in a similar situation. They provide peace of mind through the night, and that’s invaluable for both the person wearing them and the caregiver helping. It’s one of those products that truly improves quality of life in a simple, important way.

Good for night or day! Cheaper the more you buy at one time.
LivDry Night Protection, 3XL, 40 count. I'm 5'3" tall, weigh 205 lbs., wear a 3XL short. Hips 57 1/2". I wear pull-ups 14/7. I first ordered a pack of 10 in Night Protection, 3XL, cost $39.99 ($4.00/ct), to see how they would fit. This is the only brand I wear at night. I use these during the day, if I have to take a fluid pill in the morning because the fluid pill is effective for approx. 5-6 hours. The pad inside the pull-up is approximately 20" long, 6 1/2" wide at top of back & front, and 5" in the crotch. These are great during the day for an individual who uses pull-ups with thinner pads and has to change often. I rarely have any leakage when wearing these day or night. Like any pull-ups, if you wear them too long they will leak. I do not drink lots of fluid due to fluid retention. At night I stop drinking fluids at 8:00 p.m. and I can wear these about 6 hours with no leakage. They work well for me. On me that fit more like high cut panties and fairly comfortable and fit snug (not tight). I have been wearing this product for a long time and just noticed that on the back of the package it says these have tear away sides. They have never torn on me and I'm a plus size person. So I decided to try and tear the sides apart. They absolutely DO NOT tear easily. The package gives an expiration date which mine indicated good into 2028. I strongly suggest you use a product that provides a skin barrier during the day if you wear pull-ups 24/7. I absolutely have to have a break from wearing pull-ups due to the 10+ rows of elastic around front and back not counting the rows of elastic around the legs. So I use Poise #8 pads. They work really well for me during the day.I now order this same item in 40 ct., 3XL, cost $89.99, ($2.25/ct). Far cheaper to buy 40 count than 10 count! These are fairly expensive but they are worth it. This size is hard to find. Made in USA! Everytime I have ordered this item, they are delivered inside two sturdy cardboard boxes. They are in perfect shape and never damaged in any way.NOTE: I went to the TYE Medical website (company located in Wilson, NC) to see what pull-up had the most absorbency in the LivDry brand and LivDry Ultimate came up. I ordered the smallest package of this particular product from TYE Medical to see if it is better than their Night Protection.UPDATE: I received the LivDry Ultimate 3XL pull-up from TYE Medical. Between the LivDry "Night Protection" and the LivDry "Ultimate" in 3XL pull-ups, the "Utlimate" is the best for night protection by far. I averaged wearing these pull-ups about 10 hours at night only with no leakage. I did wear one for 11 hours and it had pretty much reached its capacity of fluid and it still did not leak. I my opinion I would not wear these more than 9 to10 hours either during day or night. The pads did not feel bulky while wearing them. They are worth the difference in price. It took 2 days to receive my package from TYE Medical. I will definitely order this product from Amazon in the future as you will receive it faster and packaged better.

Works very well. Worth the price
These are soft, stretchy and as comfortable as paper pants can possibly be. They can take a full load of pee and keep it in one place. They are saving my sanity while I survive through some kidney issues. I highly recommend these if you are a larger person with some incontinence issues. This is a lifesaver.

Good product
None of these types of products are perfect for large men as they will leak at times but this type is the best I have found for bedtime wear. Comfortable and fairly absorbent

Holds an enormous amount of urine.
Because of my cancer, I am totally incontinent. I don’t even know the urine is coming out and because I have a colostomy bag I have to drink a lot of water. This Underware I can put on at 10 o’clock at night and I don’t have to get up the entire night till 7:30 in the morning!! it holds a ton of urine, no leaks and it’s wonderful. You can go somewhere during the day and not have to worry about it. I’ve been gone for four or five hours and not had to change my underwear during the day. I have not had any trouble getting my product from Amazon.

Great find!
Never thought in my life I would be writing a review about adult diapers but here we are! I bought these for my 85 year old mom with dementia. We had been using the "popular brand" D***nds but she was having issues with leaking through. I bought these to try and am quite happy with the results. Sometimes my mom will sleep so hard she doesn't wake up to go to the bathroom. When wearing these, they hold a lot of liquid and she never has any leaking . Caregiving is hard and it's nice to find something that makes life a bit easier.
