Good for sled pulling
I was in need of some type of roping for sled pulling at the gym. I used to use their TRX ropes, but they removed them. Found this on the Amazon Prime day and gave it a shot. Pretty good performance and quality. A bit longer than I expected, but doesn't affect my workout. I'm currently pulling 180 lbs on the sled and it's holding tough so far !

Gets the job done
Gets the job done. He gets the job done on a small sled. I sled drag backwards four plates. The only detractor I would say is that it connects to the belt with one hinge. It seems to hold up well on one hinge but that doesn’t seem stable for the long run.

It’s way to small.
Does not fit everyone. Only smaller men and women.Waist is 38 in. It does not even come close.Waste of money.Also, kind of cheaply built.

Comfortable
Very sturdy and comfortable with great support! Love that it’s adjustable, fits my tiny son, who loves to pull sled! Don’t think that the Velcro will hold up for a while though.

Well made and works well.
I use it to hook to a weight machine and back away from machine or go forwards and it works great for me.

Love this strap
Gym didn’t have a strap for sled. I use this daily.

It runs a little small
Belt runs small, max setting is about a 34" waist. Works well enough for Bungie running against 80lb but wish it was a little bigger as I prefer running with it around my midsection. But it gets the job done, feels comfortable and more natural then a treadmill. Makes running super convenient, you don't even need to get dressed, just tie yourself to the door and Bungie run free like the wind!
