Wooden Round Table & 2 Chair Set with Center Mesh Storage - Natural & White, Gift for Ages 3-6

This is the cutest little table and chairs! When I say little, though, it is little -- smaller than I thought it would be, but it's perfect for my 2 year old. She can get into the chairs on her own. The legs of the table and chairs are both very sturdy and I don't worry about them being flimsy and falling over (unless a child is intentionally being rough). Exceptionally easy to put together (took us 5 minutes). One of the chair seats we received, however, did not have the holes drilled properly, and the screws would not go in properly. I followed Kid Kraft's directions to order free replacement parts and received them within about a week, no questions asked. We also bought the vintage play kitchen for my daughter for Christmas, so I can say I'm very pleased with their products overall.

The table and chairs were very easy to assemble. Only had to twist the legs on. 2 Phillip screws for the back of chairs. Very study.

After a year and a half of some rather abusive treatment dished out by two toddlers, this set has held up beautifully. The painted surface cleans easily when I wipe off the crayon, ink, juice... whatever. The set still looks like new. The kids use it every day for everything. I love the center storage area in the table. My daughter is now 4 1/2 and my son is 2 1/2. The set is still the perfect size for both of them. The table top is a good size for writing, drawing, painting, coloring for one child, though it gets a little crowded for two (they still do it). Two can easily share the space for tea parties, duplo legos, wooden puzzles, blocks, or cars. The kids also drag the chairs all over the house to use as stepstools. They are plenty durable and stable for this. This is a great set. I have had very good experiences with KidKraft products in general and this one is one of the best.

I bought this table on 6/11/21 when my son was just 1 year old, and it was very well loved. There is a net in the middle, and he spent a lot of time climbing into it and sitting inside (with supervision, of course). Now that he’s 5 and in kindergarten, he has outgrown the table, and I’m honestly a little sad to part with it. Over the years, he used it for creating art, eating, reading, and even playing and climbing in the net. The table can be a bit wobbly at times, but tightening the screws always fixed the issue. Overall, we really liked this table and got years of great use out of it.

We just opened and assembled this tonight. It was very clearly labeled and easy to put together. The wood is smooth and seems quality, like it should hold up well, be it cleaning or eventual repainting. I also like that I can easily make space and put the table away if needed. The legs easily screw right off. My only concern was a small inch-long crack in the thinner center (circular compartment cover) piece. Because it’s quite thin it may not take a beating well, I’ll have to watch my toddlers to be sure they don’t crack it further. Otherwise I would recommend this for a small apartment like ours or a second play table in a larger home. It’s probably not large enough for two children to do major craft projects together, but it’s a great size for my 2 and 4 year olds’ tea parties. Update: after a few days of use we noticed several screws fall out easily (the factory-installed ones in the chairs). We put them back in but they don’t stay in, I might have to hot-glue them and hope the chairs stay together.

It was very easy assembly, took 15 minutes. My dad is a pro handy man but he did not need any special skills. Everything came ready to screw in. Only needed a screwdriver. Very beautiful table. Legs are metal not wood. Chairs are sturdy- I sit in them and I am way more than a 100lbs :) The table set is a perfect size for toddlers and up to 4 years. My daughter is 6, she fits fine.... her legs tuck in and she's able to use the table but she's a tad big. It's not ideal for homework because she has to slouch her back down to be able to write. But it's perfect for my two year old ! I was worried that the table would come with some defects because of some comments but not all! No dents, no scratches. 100% perfect. Will update in a few months after much use

I love this table and so does my son! It is made nicely and looks decent in my kitchen without making my home look tacky. It only comes with 2 chairs so it doesn't take up unnecessary space either. He eats at it currently and will be doing art and play time projects too . The chairs are tall for him because he is 15 months old and short for his age. But it works. He will be able to use it until he is 4 probably. I would say it is sturdy and we'll made and easy to put together. My son is very good and gentle with his toys and things so I see it lasting . It doesn't seem cheaply made though for the price, so even tougher kids could make it last a little while.

6 month update: We have had this table for almost 6 months and unfortunately i think we are going to have to get rid of it :( I loved the table and its solid wood and its beautiful but 2 of the legs have cracked half way up and the table top has chips and stains easily which that isnt my main issue but the legs are so I have a feeling its not going to last much longer. But my daughter loves it and its small enough that it fits great in her room but big enough to play and have tea parties on it. Im taking my 5 star rate back and giving it only 3 stars. Hopefully this wont happen to anymore customers and hopefully Kidkraft can fix this issue. October 2014: We bought this for our daughter who loves to play tea party and i loved how it has the little storage in the middle to put her tea party set. Since it didnt have any reviews i was a little hesitant to purchase this table but the price was a great price and ive heard good things about kidkraft so i went ahead and i think ill be ordering one for our sons room. Its very sturdy and cute for a little girls or boys room. It is small but perfect if your childs room isnt that big. So i give it 5 stars.
