Temdan LG G6 Waterproof Case with Floating Strap Built in Screen Protector Shockproof Full Body Portect Clear Cover Case for LG G6

While the LG G6 already has an IP68 waterproof rating, some may want some extra protection for their phones. This case exceeded my expectations. I just got back from a hiking/swimming trip in the Cascades in Washington state. I took this phone swimming with me for hours. Jumped off of high rocks into Lake Kachess multiple times, and took underwater videos. The case is truly 100% waterproof. Never did a single droplet of water get inside. I dropped it a few times, and of course it protected the phone just fine. It comes off easy, and goes on easy. It is true that adding another clear plastic layer in between your camera lens and whatever you are shooting, especially if there's residual water on the case. But it is very easy to clean!When i bought it i was sure i'd only put the case on if i was swimming, but it's so slim and compact that I don't feel the need to take it off. It stays on all the time. I was impressed to find out that you can still use the fingerprint reader on the phone, through a plastic film that covers the button.Finally, it's is affordable. If you're like me and your phone is an investment, consider this to be as valuable as insurance, or more so. I can't say enough.

It is a good case and fits well. I cannot attest to any waterproof attributes as I have yet to use it on water. I will say that I am tempted to buy another case though because the plastic over the camers slightly degrades the picture quality. Like there is a bit of a glare or something that wasn't there without the case. But the case is very durable as I am clumsy and dropped my phone 100 times already.I'm updating this to show the difference of selfies with the case on and off. The first picture is a bit hazy and with the case on. The 2nd pic is without. But I guess if you are underwater, it would be a great pic!

I originally had a ghostek Atomic 3 Waterproof case for my G6. Only problem it affected my cell signal due to it being a metal case. The Temdan case doesn't affect my signal at all and offers the same amount of water and drop protection for less money. Only problem is the lens cover blocks the corners of wide angle lens shots but it is still usuable. I recommend this case. It doesn't come with a headphone adapter but it is compatible with the adapter that comes with the Temdan s8 case.

Alt product review title: A Quiet PlaceCertainly protects device from water, but they're marketing it as a daily use case... And so long as you don't use your phone as a phone, no problem. However, the waterproofing doubles as soundproofing, so that any time you make a call you can neither hear the person on the other line (unless they're on speakerphone, nor can they hear you.If you're only using this case in anticipation of water, no problem. If you don't trust yourself to have that prescience, choose a lifeproof case.

Aww man let me tell you about this case. I got my G6 when my note 5 finally kicked the bucket. The g6 was half off and i cant pass up a deal lile that, can i? So i buy the g6 and im looking everywhere for a case i like. I had not found one yet and had the G6 for 3 days when i pull it out of my pocket to find the camera lense glass is shattered. I didnt drop it or anything. Fast forward 2 weeks and sprint has finally replaced my G6. I wanted protection for the camera. This is like the only case i could find that looked normal enough and protects the camera. Its awesome! I really adds to the phones waterproofing. Before ot was just water resistant. 10 feet up to 30 minutes. Mow it says 100 feet to an hour. In not diving 100 feet to test it. But it survived a day at the pool. All the phones features still work. Wireless charging. Fingerprint scanner. Sound. Its a great case. My only complaint is that the built in screen protector is plastic and not tempored glass. But its ok. You dont notice it at all. Honestly i didnt even want a screen protector, just something to protect the camera lense. But this case is so awesome.

I absolutely love this. I have film video underwater. Gone under waterfalls with it. This has been so cool to have. Perfectly protects the phone. Videos are clear and crisp. The floatation band prevents it from sinking. A great buy.I do take it on and off because call quality inside the case is horrible but I didn't buy it for phone calls and a Bluetooth headset fixes the problem if I need to make or take a call while the case is on.Well worth the money to be able to capture special moments and have peace of mind that the phone is safe. Wish I bought this years ago. Highly recommend.

Over all rating 4/5I like the case it's not a bad case. The finger print/back button works. The volume button covers are ok since they do require a bit of pressure to push down but not a lot. They could be made a bit easier to push without having to worry about the overall aesthetics.When installing make sure nothing falls inside the case (dust, dirt, hair, etc). The installation is not hard just put the phone in and make sure it's in there for the tight seal and done. Make sure you don't have a screen protector on since that makes it harder to put the case on.If the volume button were not too stiff to start this could easily be a 5 but given I can actually work the buttons so they're not stiff I'll stick my current rating for the moment. For those wondering about sound it's not muffled but it sounds better than without a case. The other down which can be a bit problematic is the earphone jack port. Unless your connection is not L-shaped then you are good to go.

Fast shipping. Case fits like a glove and is watery proof. I had it I'm the pool for almost an hour and stayed dry. Will definitely order another when the time come. People hear me fine and I hear them fine also rings nice and loud

Awkward and bulky. Way too heavy duty for an every day case, hard to take off and on to use occasionally.
