Very effective in the world of Cryogenics. I love my gloves. The company provides thin gloves that ain't worth a damn. Dealing with Iced over hoses and liquid that is -289°! Worth the investment.

We buy the frozen dog food from Ollie. It is shipped with dry ice. To even touch the packages of food you get burned instantly. I wear a womans size 9 glove and these are tight. I squeeze my hands in here. My husband can't wear them.

I bought these to try as a scooter winter riding glove. So far so good but it hasnt got extremely cold here yet. I have smaller sized hands and these fit snug on me. So if you have large hands these would be tight.

I needed to handle dry ice that was delivered when my refrigerator finally died. Gloves were just too stiff and I won't be using them again (hopefully!) to break them in. I'm grateful I had them, nevertheless. They are very well made and I like having a choice in glove length.
