The Mansion on Turtle Creek Cookbook: Haute Cuisine, Texas Style

Having grown up in Texas, one hears of Mansion Turtle Creek and the exceptional menu and accommodations .I always understood once you could visit there you made it. These recipes and pictures of the facility whet the appetite. I was glad I could have a wish book and instructions for my very own.

Wonderful book, lots of pictures of the beautiful restaurant. Recommend seller.

Very nice, except for the red dot on the bottom edge.

Good recipes but not what I would call "haute cuisine" or particularly ground breaking. It was however a worthwhile purchase given those limitations

The book that I was sent was an older version of the Mansion on Turtle Creek Cookbook. It was close enough that I didn't notice until after the return period.

Their food is awesome
